This Estate home had potential written all over it for the owners. With the space that fit the families needs and massive aesthetic makeover was required before moving in.
New paint throughout on walls, doors, trim, and cabinets.
New carpet throughout and flooring on lower level.
New lighting was a dramatic update especially in the main living spaces.
The upgrades made a dramatic difference in modernizing the home that was 15 years out of date.
This home was purchased by a family that had been overseas so new furniture needed to be chosen as well as accessories for styling.
New paint colour was chosen to update from a grey to a modern warm white.
New handles on cabinets in modern black or gold were sourced to update space.
Feature wall was created in boys bedroom and boho styling for teen bedroom.
Some furniture was sourced from marketplace to fit within budget and was refinished.
Window coverings and curtains chosen, as well as plants and trees picked out on exterior landscaping.
Home was placed on market less than a year later during slowest season in real estate, January, and sold with multiple offers.
This bachelor pad was converted to a stunning two bedroom 1.5 bathroom mother in law suite.
Upgrades that were required for the clients comforts were: Carpets in bedrooms, refinished hardwood, upgraded lighting, two new bathrooms, new kitchen and bar.
The floorplan was changed completely so that the former main bath became the bedroom and powder room. The former shower became the space for the washer and dryer. The former bedroom became a hallway with a main bathroom and flex space/spare bedroom.

This project required 5 hours of work where the entire home was decluttered and depersonalized. Here are some highlights in the Before and After pictures.
All of the items that were taken out of the rooms were brought to an unfinished area of the basement.
Minimal amount of decor was left in the spaces to better reflect the size of the room, and the furniture was covered with neutral covers and pillows.
Art was rearranged and also taken down to make the spaces feel larger and more modern.
The home attracted, after the staging was complete, a broader buyer pool in the real estate market.
This home was listed two days before christmas when the real estate market is at its slowest, and the home sold with multiple offers in two days!!
A dated home basement bar had a makeover that brought it into this era!
